    Please contact us by phone or via Online Booking. Let us know whether you prefer Telemedicine or Home Visit Care, and we will find a time that works for you. Same-day appointments are generally available.

    Choose Your Consultation Type

    For Telemedicine, your consultation will take place by video call. For Home Visit Care, our doctor will come directly to your hotel or place of stay. Please feel free to discuss which option best suits your needs and symptoms.

    Consultation

    Our doctor will consult with you directly in English. Whether your concerns are physical, mental, or both, we are here to help. If you need Chinese language support, we can arrange medical interpreter services.

    Treatment & Prescription

    We will provide any necessary treatment and issue a prescription as needed. For those who would like assistance, we offer a Pharmacy Accompaniment Service to the nearest pharmacy (+¥4,500). English receipts for travel insurance purposes can also be issued on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by the day before

A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged. Please notify us by phone or email by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment.

Same-day cancellation (with notice)

A cancellation fee of 70% of the scheduled fee will be charged. Please understand that even with same-day notice, physician arrangements have already been made.

No-show / No cancellation notice

A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled fee will be charged. We kindly ask that you always notify us in advance if you need to cancel.

FAQ

Can I be seen in English?

Yes. Our physician is fully able to conduct consultations in English — from the initial interview and explanations to issuing your prescription. If you need Chinese interpretation, please let us know in advance and we will arrange a medical interpreter for you.

Can I use travel insurance?

We can issue an English Receipt (Medical Receipt) for travel insurance purposes on the same day. We are happy to help you prepare the documents needed to file a claim with your insurer — please check your policy details and feel free to consult us.

Are you available at any hour?

We are available 24 hours a day as a general rule. We do accept inquiries late at night or in the early morning, though response times may vary depending on the situation. Please reach out to us first by phone or through our Online Booking form.

Can you come to my hotel?

Yes. We offer Home Visit Care to hotels and other accommodations, primarily throughout Tokyo and Saitama Prefecture. Please provide the address of your stay when booking. Transportation costs will be charged at the actual fare.

How soon can you come?

Same-day visits are our standard. Once you contact us, we will check the doctor's availability and aim to have someone with you within a few hours at the earliest. For urgent situations, please call us directly.

Where can I pick up my prescription?

We will provide you with a prescription, which you can fill at any nearby pharmacy. We also offer an optional Pharmacy Accompaniment Service (+¥4,500), where the doctor will accompany you to the nearest pharmacy — a great help for those who need language support.
